Engraving is wonderful, and the support given was second to none. I chose a font to go with a logo that I wasn't sure of. A member of the team advised me of similar choice of design which she thought make work better, and I have to agree the finished result is splendid. A truly timeless gift, by a company who offers a bespoke service- you do not often come across both.

Item arrived in good condition & perfectly engraved. Had to wait a week but worth it as he was happy!Would definitely recommend purchasing the little wooden gift box with the item as it really does complete it. Fabulous customer service also.
